How to Play Go Chicken Go!
The objective of Go Chicken Go! is fairly straightforward. You must guide a flock of chickens across two three-lane highways and a river with moving logs. An arrow will indicate the chicken you need to assist across the road. Use the arrow keys to move the chicken up, down, left, and right, and press the space bar to make the chicken jump.
Cars are approaching at varying speeds, so the key to success is to avoid these perilous obstacles. There is no time to linger on the highway, so precise timing and speed are essential. After navigating the three-lane highway, you must swiftly jump to safety on the river. Jumping is crucial when reaching the river – you will need to land on the moving logs. If your chicken lands in the water, it will drown as these chickens cannot swim.
Upon successfully placing your chicken on a log, you will face another three-lane highway with cars speeding towards you once again, posing a threat to your chicken's life.
How did the chicken cross the road?
Safely and swiftly. A strategy you can employ is guiding the chicken from the farthest point on each traffic lane to ensure safe crossing before oncoming cars have a chance to collide with the chicken. However, perfect timing is crucial for them to jump onto a river log. Approaching the road's end too closely risks no log appearing in time for their rescue.

Your score is determined by the duration of the crossing and other factors including:
- Successful crossings
- Total number of deaths
- Near misses
- Longest successful streaks
Tips
- Exercise caution, but do not delay too long. Timing your jumps correctly can mean the difference between survival and demise.
- Collecting feathers grants a temporary speed boost.
- Be wary of fast-moving cars changing lanes without warning. Even if you perceive a lane as safe with no visible cars, a sudden lane change can unexpectedly place you in harm's way.
- Standing too close to the roadside while waiting to cross increases the risk of being hit. Even if you believe you are out of harm's reach, an extended chicken beak can lead to a calamity.
